If you’re looking for God, it’s great that you’re here at St Andrew’s, High Wycombe. We are a church that is seeking to make a difference by being a transforming presence wherever God places us.
Our vision is to see our community transformed through a church that is alive with the joy of knowing and worshipping God, changed through living out His word, filled with His Spirit, living lives modeled on Jesus Christ and doing the works of the kingdom.
More than a building, a name or a weekend gathering, St Andrew’s is a community of people. We are living together the adventure for which God has created us, pursuing Christ and being changed by Him. At St Andrew’s, community means connection and relationship, built on shared purpose and passion. It happens in weekly celebration services, in the smaller gatherings during the week, as we pray, serve and reach out to those around us, and in partnerships with other churches and organisations in this country and around the world.
God doesn’t want us to stay the same. In fact He tells us to be transformed through the renewing of our minds. St Andrew’s is a community of seekers and learners. We’re seeking to know God better, hear His voice and respond to Him with the whole of our lives. The more we seek Him, the more God reveals of Himself – and of who He wants us to be.
