Seeing God at work
Among the shoppers in High Wycombe town centre, churches are meeting each Saturday between 1-30 and 3-30pm to offer to pray for people for healing on the street. St Andrew’s are part of this initiative, offering a different kind of fulfilment than the stores can offer. Some people are physically sick. Others have taken a few wrong turns in life and need help to find their way back. Some are just looking for that reassurance that there is someone taking care of them beyond what they can see or touch.We believe God is still healing people today and we want to be out on the streets to offer to pray for people if they would like us to.
