We are pleased to announce that our new Vicar is the Rev Simon Dust, previously Vicar of Christchurch, Bushmead, Luton. Simon is married to Debbie and they have three children in their teens, Hannah, Sam and Abi. Simon and Debbie met at St Andrew’s as children and were part of ‘Link Club’, the youth group, for many years. They married at the church in 1986 and a year later were asked to run the youth group. St Andrew’s later sent them off and supported them whilst training at All Nations Christian College. Following two years in Nottingham working with young people, Simon went to Oak Hill College to train for the ordained ministry. Simon served his curacy at St Leonard’s, Chesham Bois for five years and was vicar of Christchurch, Bushmead, Luton for eight years.
