When Jesus met those who were seen as the ‘sinners’ in his society he always extended a hand of love and forgiveness. When he came across the judgmental and critical response of the religious leaders he made it clear what he thought. In this talk we will see that God loves to forgive those who feel a long way from God, at the same time as calling the ‘respectable’ sinners to also turn from their self-righteous and smug lifestyles.
